Cloud computing can offer solutions for smaller businesses

The current buzz around the cloud computing industry revolves around the cost-effectiveness of upgrading to
cloud services. Many experts suggest that businesses stand to lose revenue in the short-term by investing in cloud technology, but smaller corporations that do not have incredibly large data and bandwidth requirements can look toward cloud computing to provide IT solutions.
Business Web Hosting Plans recently conducted a study on small businesses to evaluate the benefits associated with upgrading to the cloud. Small businesses can look to save money in the long-term by upgrading to something nicknamed "Infrastructure as a Service" - basically, moving a business' daily operations into an online environment where everything is centralized and accessible to all employees. For example, the study found that with regards to software licensing, a small business would only have to purchase one license for the cloud application, as opposed to one for each employee's computer.
"The results show that small and medium-sized businesses have benefited from shifting a significant workload from their computers to a cloud computing system," said Business Web Hosting Plans representative Ryan Newman.
Essentially,
managed network services remove financial headaches from entrepreneurial business. Moving corporate workload to a public cloud can eliminate the need for additional expenses, from software licenses to an external IT department.
